An idea for a new champion named- LEVIATHON- the lightning blade

In league, there should be a new champion named Leviathon- the lightning blade, he should be a lightning skill based orienated (able to use lightning) in every ability, he auto attacks by creating a one-handed Lightning sword that is vibrating with power (not a tank) and use it to be able to deal high amounts of damage with but still have some life-steal, his kit should be generally orienated around his auto attack (thus each ability gives him a new buff to the auto attack, but some might not involve it)
Passive-(undecided) E- his q should allow him to zap his enmeys with a lightning bold W- his w gives him a large lifesteal boost (like olaf's or le sins lifesteal ability) E- greatly increases his attack speed with a somewhat holding phase; each attack he does charges a bar (like aatroxes) that increases his attack speed dramatically, upon activation it increases the attack speed more and gives him a slight damage boost R- He shoots out a massive bolt of lightning that comes from the sky in a area for a few seconds- within this time, it breaks any cc upon him and does large aoe damage Misc: he should be right-handed, he is the last of his kind
