How am I supposed to win ranked and gain MMR ?

Hi so I created EU West account some time ago. I leveled it up to level 30 and get myself to playing ranked. I haven't played in while bcs my old account on EUNE was .... I don't even know any information about it. So I got to playing ranked and noticed this. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET OUT OF LOW ELO ? Like seriously ... Out of 5 games 4times somebody is feeding or inting or disconected and we are playing 4v5 even 3v5.

So my answer stands: "How am I supposed to climb low elo when I have destroyed mmr from matches like these. I have like 48% winrate I know its ruined and I am not saying every match is lost because of my teammates. Sometimes I frick up but mostly there are players in low elo where I don't even know if I am playing PvE or PvP game. I am not Diamond player or even Platina but I can be placed like in Gold eazily and climb from there.

But how am I supposed to do that when i get 18lp for win and 18lp for lose. This ranked system is weird and I am just thinking about leveling new account so I can start fresh in Ranked because I am out of ideas.

Any tips ? I am here to hear / read it... thank you in advance.

you seem to play many champs and that's why you lose . stick to 1 role and 2 champs only and pratice with them in normals , then you can pick another role and two champs as well and do the same process again once you can play them well in normals , try ranked . the reason for this is because your main champ can be banned or picked . improve your micro and macro and watch some replays of your favorite champ , learn something from them.

You can't, EUW is the most toxic server of League. All of my good friends already stop playing League(EUW) and more than half of the player base has become smurf players. People hate to see new players in my team but I can't blame them too because this matchmaking so disgusting enough to match a new player against smurfs.
