Can't get into promo

Okay. I'm not writing this to talk bad about the game or teammates or whatever whatever. I'm only writing this cuz I am so confused and curious.

You guys are free to look at my match history. last 10 games or so, its been repeating with win/lose/win/lose/win/lose/win/lose. basically no improvement or down LP.. just staying the same. but the point here is that. every losing game is a game before going into promo.. is it really just coincedence or I just happen to be in a bad que? or yeah I just suck.. but two games behind promo I win easily. and I play next game hoping to win two straight to go to promo, I end up losing. Is league putting me into this que purposely or testing my skill and setting this up? I'm so confused. Just one game behind promo, I keep losing...its so confusing.
