dynamic queue matchmaking?

Why isn't it possible to see when you are playing with and against pre-made groups in dynamic queue? Also when it's pre-made 4 v premade 4 i feel like the fifth wheel especially when the one i get stuck with is losing and their team gets a higher tier player in a more impactful role. How often does it happen to be that a duo with a trio get matched against 5 random strangers it feels pretty unfair when their level of coordination is significantly greater than the team of randoms?
