Losing every game of ranked

So pretty much, I am losing every ranked game... i have a 20% win to loss ratio and i'm stuck in bronze 5 with no lp. I just don't understand why every single game is a loss, like i try my best to ward, to help other lanes, i try to not feed, I try to push objectives, but every game even if we start off strong we ALWAYS end up losing. I blame my team mates, because they make such stupid mistakes, I know i make mistakes too but like fuck! I hate ranked because I have to sit through bans and picks like 3 times before I manage to get into a game, then we lose anyway, I lose lp, lose mmr, and lose my fucking mind! I am like Titlted af in life now because of how bad my ranked experience is, this Is the first year I have tried to climb, Ill gain 40 lp before i loose it all and stay at 0 for games and games. Its so frustrating because I feel like it is actually mostly my team who are useless.

What can i do? I want to climb, but i cant!!!!!!
