Ranked MMR broken?

So last season I was S1 solo & now Im S5 getting pushed back to bronze, I usually get 150ish cs around 15-20min as a laner and my mechanics and in game knowledge is above average, anyways this season seems to be THE WORST out of 4 years playing this game but why? out of 20 ranked games I've been MMR matched with non stop feeders and when I mean a feeder not 0-2 I mean 0-9-2 scores 1-2 players on my team.

There is no way that I'm that bad where the MMR will match me with low ranked players who don't ping/ward, over extend & don't listen to pings, never drag or defend drag, always roam avoiding team fights. Yes there's alot of games where I don't feel like playing at 100% effort or I have a bad game (1 out of 5 I'd say) but when I "sense" the feeders (IE 0-3 under 10min) I just give up and roaming until the match is done because those feeders will ALWAYS vote no prolonging the match to 40min and waste everyone's time.

What is up with this game now it seems I cannot even get a match with players of my skill level...I think MMR places 2 higher ranked "teir" players with 3 low ranking "teir" players IE 2-S1 with 3-S4 to 5 making it so that the 2 players that are higher "teir" have to carry those other 3 people. This is unfair to the 2 players making them work 200% more to carry the loose ends. Thoughts?

i think riot changed the level of mmr required for certain divisions. cause alot of my friends in gold did 6-4 / 7-3 / 8-2 / 9-1 some even went 10 /0 flawless placements and still got placed lower then they where. the ranked play for riot has always been fucked and the mmr has been no excuse

to many people don't take ranked seriously and sadly that's the way riot likes it . they don't want a shit load of people climbing up to challenger and ruining there baby LCS . so they keep a bunch of toxic players in the ranked ques to prevent alot of people from climbing....>.> i have yet to play a ranked game without the Atlantic splashing in my mouth. ranked is filled with salty players and riot keeps them there to prevent the good few from climbing why riot keeps toxic players who play ranked unbanned but when you call someone bad in normal's you get banned is yet to be figured out. but i know in season one and two riot was a great company before there LCS grew

Feeling the exact same way, I'll admit I have my bad games, does that mean I'm gonna give up? Nope, I'm gonna make the best of the game and try to turn things around if I lose, I lose, oh well, but that's still no excuse for riot to leave terrible players in Ranked, I want to climb and get somewhere decent, not remain in ELO hell just because of trolls and feeders. Riot needs to get their heads out of their asses and let the underdogs shine from time to time instead of sticking us with players where you question how they even operate the computer, let alone install LoL.
