Everytime I play with Kalista, I can't use her ult, like it won't click, why is that and when can I use this? Please help me xoxo Perl

Shadòw1 votesthe ally you used your black spear at the beginning of the game (most likely your support) must be in range with you, so that some blue line appears between both of you.
Then you can pull him in with your ult.
LoLwiki says that the range is 1100
