MMR is acting ridiculous

My last couple of games in draft pick have been made almost impossible to play. I am being put against players in the gold and platinum ranks while I am a BRONZE 4. Yes I understand "Bronzies" complain about everything but I'm only Bronze because I literally only play ranked to get the 10 matches over with and then never play it again. That's neither here nor there. The problem is that I'm having horrible in game experiences because I'm very much less skilled than the people I'm up against. I really would like Riot to try to fix this issue because I usually love playing League of at least I don't hate it. I can't say I've enjoyed a game in my past 10 draft pick experiences. Even when I was carried by teammates, that's not a fun win. That's a given win. I would just really like Riot to please fix this issue, I know a lot of people are experiencing this same problem and I know they hate it as well.

If you're playing Flex it's understandable as everyone starts with a fresh MMR in Flex so some Plats and Diamonds are placed in lower tiers.

Ask them for advice on what you could have done to play better. If they're shit stomping you, chances are they'll feel bad and take a minute after the game to help you learn.

I feel for you. I am low silver and and nowadays my games have 2-3 golds with occasional plats thrown in. I don't check the enemy leagues before the game, and I think that helps a bit. I give my best, and if I can see they are mechanically better or have otherwise favorable lane, I play careful and try to see their play patterns and think what I can ACTUALLY do without dying. Picking champions with good team fight also helps. Your bronze 0/4 Maokai will be always useful, where as 0/4 Riven ... wont. Applies for every lane.
