alternate game modes and people who dont read instructions

please make it obligatory that the first time you click on a game mode queue, you are taken to a page explaining how the game mode works. i am so tired of getting into champ select and people saying "what map is this?" "how do you play this?" and the second they find out how the game works and dont like it, they dodge or they get in the game without knowing shit and lose. for example recently in siege mode i played 2 games where one person had no idea what to do and they didnt buy any weapons and when we got to the second round, they would afk. i wanted to scream.
