Internet problems only in LoL

So every time i start up League my internet just seems to stop working properly. I start to lag at around 500ms with ocassional "Attempting to reconnect"s where I cannot move at all. This seems to happen more and more to me, but only in LoL, as I also play other games like CS:GO and such where I do not have issues at all.

It is really annyoing as I not only ruin the game for myself, but also my teammates, who, more often than not, start to get mad at me for starting a game with lags at all.

I hope someone has similar experience and would like to hear your suggestions.

I'm from NA and it has been occurring to me during this patch. When I stream and when I'm off stream. It's really affecting my games and stream. Hopefully it's something small that they can fix.
