Can I Use Wooxy Safely? It's a third party that changes the map and champion skins, it, in no way gives you an advantage, so it seems safe but you never know.

You are allowed to use custom skins, but it is kind of "at your own risk", so unless theres some kind of advantage being gained, its allowed.

However, do a few different virus scans on it since it does have a password cracker built in. Or just find a really old build of wooxy. They admitted this in the discord channel for mapskins (the site where you can recolor or cut and paste a skin and call it completely custom)
