Riot needs to fix there placements....

so last season i was bronze 2 and i okay with that because it was manageable, the players went all around terrible and we did pretty good.... this coming season i get put in bronze 5 and managed to dig out into bronze 4... BUT it has been an absolute hell trying to claw my way out of this bronze hell.... i know its not me being bad and thinking im good because i play with my friends all the time and they and gold, i always do good with them playing against other golds and never feed... so my friend asks me why im still in bronze, i take his advice and head into ranked... well my main role is jungle but this guy wanted jungle so i decided to give it to him because bronzies rage when they don't get there spot.. i take top and go 8-0 before i die.. but the rest of my team manages to feed and the jungle (Evelyn) decides to build AP and says Evelyn isn't a tank... they had no clue how to team fight and did whatever the hell they wanted too.. it was rather annoying watching them do this as i tried to carry my way through.. i think that riot needs to find a way to not let these type of people in ranked no matter what the ELO because people like me would not like to stay stuck at the bottom.... Riot please fix your shit because this is a very well designed game but i have no way to get out of this because every game is the same exact thing....
