Nothing huge, no additional damage, but I personally believe as a Graves main that his (E) dash animation is too slow compared other form of dashes. Maybe increase the animation speed of it slightly. And maybe it should be a 60% attack speed, but reduce cool down by 2 instead of 1, if he crit or something. My 50 cent. Thanks for the read.

Graves is already strong so no Oh a RNG based copmensation - NEVER
I would prefer graves to charge really fast for a few seconds and then choke on his cigar, slowing him down 50% for 0.25 seconds and he has to re-light it to move again.
