Nothing huge, no additional damage, but I personally believe as a Graves main that his (E) dash animation is too slow compared other form of dashes. Maybe increase the animation speed of it slightly. And maybe it should be a 60% attack speed, but reduce cool down by 2 instead of 1, if he crit or something. My 50 cent. Thanks for the read.

I can easily tell you don't play ADC much because you don't have an understanding on this case. I'l make it simple for you. Caitlyn's style of game play is safe. That is why she has a self-peel, strong slow on E and snares on W. I am not saying she is op in anyway, but I'm trying to tell you she is way different than Graves in every way. I'm not being bias. I mean maybe since I'm asking for faster animation on E, riot should buff all the dashes on all champions too to compensate? No. They are both strong in their own ways. So I don't know this "way better." you speak of.
