Attempt to Join Queue failed

Today I tried creating an practice tools, but it was frozen and I could not enter into a game. Then when I closed and reopen LoL.exe trying to create a game it says "Attempt to Join Queue failed - An unexpected error has occurred while attempting to join the queue. Please visit player support at support.riotgames.com"

Could anyone please help?
