Aurelion Q+E?
So, is it possible to cast Aurelion's Q from base, then follow it all the way to lane with his E, while the radius continues to grow the entire way there?

Yes, that is perfectly possible, assuming that you have enough movement speed or a long enough E length to keep up with the Q (this will usually require items and/or E levels).
His E has a max range, but with the way his Q works if you had enough movement speed you could follow his Q from one fountain to the other.
