losing almost every ranked game i play

hello everyone , I'm a gold 4 adc main and i have been playing for over 2 years now , i understand the game pretty well , but i lately i have been struggling to win . i lost a lot of games , but i didn't get demoted to silver 1 , wich negatively affected on my mmr . after my mmr drop i've been earning about 13-14 lp per win and 23-24 per loss , because of that im not able to climb and im pretty much hardstuck , can anyone tell me what i should do get everything back to normal

Matchmaking is broken. Just stop playing it’s not worth the stress/depression over something you can’t control

You have to start winning. You have to look into your own gameplay and identify the areas that you need to improve to start winning more games.

I'm not associated with that site, but it's a very good one, and I'd recommended looking through as much of that information as you can. It's everything about you, as a player, laid out in graphs and charts, and there are tips on the right to help you understand the information and what you need to do to improve.

inb4 "just play better"

It's a lie. These people base the "just play better" bullshit on a few streamers they watch who are diamond 1s and masters and challengers. There is no "play better" when your team decides to feed 20 kills by 10 minutes and you're sitting in lane like "guys....? uhhh... guys? Oh god... why! NOOOOOOOOO" going 1/0/2 for the first 15 minutes with 150 CS and magically your enemy lane comes back with 3 kills that your bot fed him for some reason despite you pinging missing and watching him TP away, giving them the alert ping they decide "heh, we can 2v4 easily, we're only 2-7 and 0-6, this time we definitely got this fight, they'll never expect this therefore we'll take them by surprise and win"
