Jungle Timers? Connection causing clock to be off?

Hey guys, not sure how to move topics to proper places yet.

Basically I've noticed that blue buff has been spawning at 1:53 for me. Was this an intended change that I missed? Or is it possible my connection is causing the game clock to be wrong? I almost never get any game lag and my Internet connection is pretty good.

Thanks in advance, guys.
