Balance Issue: Revive. Calling Riot Phreak to LoL cypher

Irelia has said many times before, "Balance in all things". At least, that's what she wants us to believe, but as an advanced League of Legends player, I may have found a design flaw. Summoners who meet the following criteria may have the same "problem" as me:

• Used revive last team builder game before patch 5.4
• haven't played in a long time
• believe rek'sai is hottest girl ever I have attached some images of the anomaly that I'm experiencing. I enjoy the uniqueness that my account holds, and would like to keep it, but if it needs to be fixed, I respect that. Thank you Riot great company.
