Why My LP is lower then i should get?

**hi there, I have a question that I need an answer for it. in the past, I was Silver 3 With Gold 5 MMR, Very High but when I win games I only get 20-22LP? and I think it's low now I'm Silver 3 with Silver3 MMR and I get 18 LP only? can I know the Reason why?

You cant know your actual mmr. Websites like op.gg can only guess it.
