Dodging as a system.

After playing this game fore over 8 years, I think one of the most flawed things in the game is the dodging system. First off I don' believe players should have to exit their client to dodge a game. It can be a bit of an inconvenience. There should be a button of some sorts. Second I believe that there should be some system in place to give players a free dodge. This could be possibly once or a few times a week., or potentially rewarded based on behavior. If a player uses one of these "free" dodges, then they should receive no wait time after a dodge to re-queue. They would also avoid losing lp. I've had many situations where I wanted to dodge, but I was in my promotions, so it would count as an automatic loss, which is extremely flawed. People have blatantly opened up about their intentions to troll in champ select and picked some strange champion for their role and take something like ghost and cleanse as their summoner spells. I'm not entirely sure how the rest of the community feels about this issue, but as someone who has played thousands of hours of this game, I think this is a major issue.
