How is Volibear at the moment?

His CC does not feel powerful, neither does mobility compared to other bruisers. His ultimate feels unfitting and does net really add much to his kit.

Currently there are only 2 good aspects about him: 1.) Playing on the purple side he can solo the enemy blue at lvl 1, without wasting ressources. 2.) His passive

In my eyes his kit he has to recive a LIGHT rework so that his kit a.) has more synergy b.) makes more sense synergy wise

Hi. I main volibear. I play ONLY volibear and brand in ranked. so far I have like 140 brand games and 448 volibear games. He got me from bronze 5 to gold, and onwards. Ppl just don't play him right. They go FULL TANK on him, but why? hes a fighter. Rammus is a better FULL tank, so why go voli full tank? I play him top and win lane over 90% of the time. Just get hp, armor, and atk speed on him. He can 1 v1 anyone EXCEPT super late game Nasus and zed as far as I know outa my 448 games. My usual items are (in no order) Zehpr, Omen shield, armor boots, Spirt Visage, Frozen mallet, and then either more armor or maw of malmordius sword.

It depends on what level of play you want to take him into. He is outshined by a lot of champions. He isn't BAD BAD, but he isn't too good either. His main problem is that he can be kited extremely easily and doesn't have some big mobility move to catch his targets outside of SS or the other player being WAY overextended. Whenever I play against him as an ADC I don't fear him because I can easily kite him until he either dies or runs because he will die. If you're able to get fed enough with him, though, you will probably be okay. As he isn't very popular, a lot of people probably won't be very accustomed to playing against him, so you can use that to your advantage and cheese them as they won't know what you can do.

Because i kind of want to pick him up after a few years to live up to my name.

Voli is fun to play .

he's still good and absurdly tanky. He also does good damage with no damage items.
