I love the preseason as we get to try out so many new things, so can you suggest me your most weird or favorite rune and champ combination by far? Let me start say for example I love lethal tempo Teemo or say Gangplank/Ezreal with kleptomancy.

under 60% hp, deal more damage, more damage = bigger heal = silly fights they can't run from so they have to sit there and fight you
On Lux: Comet (i land about 80-83% of them in a 30min game:P) Manaflow ring or Ultimate hat ( can't decide, both too good (>_<)) the 10% CDR rune ( im on the phone now, can't remember the name) and Scorch for extra damage. Then i go Domination tree with Cheapshot and Zombie ward. Oh If i land against assasins i go secondary tree Stopwatch and Cosmic Insight (love the 12 sec ult spam with Ultimate hat:D) Pretty happy with these runes on Lux so far.
Zombie Ward is the best thing ever. I'd pair it with Slightly Magical Boots if I could (support main huehue)
with ingenious hunter and zombie and build 
Trinket, banner, and portal all have a 42 second cooldown. Having a 42 second cooldown farsight as well as a ruby sightstone with zombie wards makes split pushing safe. In one of my games doing this I had a vision score of 194 with 65 wards placed. Not having fog of war is really nice.
