How do supports (or other positions) feel about Kalista's Ultimate?

Basically I just want to know how people are feeling about being Kalista's Oathsworn. After playing a game as her support (blind pick no dual que) I'm starting to think she's my new least favorite adc to play with. It's not that her ult is bad, it's just so jarring. Even when I know it's coming it takes me a second or two to get my bearings and get back in the game, and by then I feel like the competitive advantage we had in the team fights is lost. I know part of this is just me needing to get used to it, but it feels like the only effective way to use it is to be sitting right next to the person playing Kalista so that you can literally hear them say they're about to pull you. How do you guys feel about this?
