Greetings!

So, we already know that big teams (like Fnatic etc) always have a so-called 'calling-member' who makes the calls. Everyone does things mostly according to his plan, so teammates can react together and faster on situations. (like Malph ult now, Ashe follow up with arrow etc. ) In TERA, the option exists since the very beginning, you are allowed to tick in a box, 'Willing to lead the party'. This would be a great option so that people will not run around like headless chicken but follow one or two members, who makes it clear what is important, what shall we do before and after a team fight, somebody who can decide which objective is more important, more beneficial. My suggestion is that the Leader should get a badge both on Champion Select, Loading screen, in-game Player Panel and in Chat, to show that he is the Lead atm in this match, and it is suggested that players should follow his calls. If nobody ticks in 'Willing to lead the party' option in queue, the person with the highest MMR would be selected automatically. I have to mention this is not like YOU HAVE TO LEAD, since if you don't speak english well, or just not feeling like leading cause you're tired, or you have 0 strategical sense, you're only able chase kills, you may pass this under the Champion Select Screen to someone who feels like leading. If nobody feels like leading, you can just leave the Badge wherever it is and play normally. BUT, I've designed this idea for people with charisma, who want to maximize the chance that they'll win a match, not for those who do not care, what happen will happen. It would be really beneficial for higher elos, thinking of Plat and above, because people are already familiar with their champion, they need orders or objectives if you like, they need a goal that somebody has to set up for them. Multiple ideas create confusion, that's why it would be great to signal that ONE person, who is leading.

Thank you for your time! Yours sincerely, Nomorelove EUNE

+1, although I feel like most of the games I've been in by the time it hits mid game someone is always calling shots to help the team transition.

Most games have had the take party leader, just most times it is worthless in an MMO. In every MMO I have played even if I never been to the instance I would say make me leader. No one listens to that person, so idk what would be the point in adding it to league. Simply why trust a random person as leader? What if a troll that plans on game ruining hits I want to be leader?
