Can we have tankyness scale exponentially?

im tired of popping instantly as a tank with 3 items in teamfights, and so i was wondering what peoples thoughts where on tankyness scaling exponentially. so the more tank stats you buy the tankier you get. this would mean a squishy would not get super tanky off one item so assasins stay fine, brusiers would stay probably about the same, and tanks would live for more than 5 seconds in team fights. i dont see a downside, but seeing as im just coming off a game playing as a tank, im probably shortsighted.

thoughts?

Tanks already seem tanky enough to me. And exponentials for the most part suck in video games. It would mean that just barely building tanky at all would do virtually nothing, but if you build really tanky then you are just too hard to kill. Full tank nasus is already so strong once he has a lot of tank items. I don't want to see him living for 5 minutes of the enemy team all attacking him. He might as well just have solo'd your entire base by then. What a bad game that would be.

agreed make it from +bonus hp, to ^bonus hp

so giants belt will give (base HP)^380 instead of (base HP)+380

As long as cinderhulk exist nobody will agree for anything that could possibly buff tanks. Besides probably adc mains who can just build bork and nullify all that hp

tank will never be viable btw. It's bruiser/adc/mage trifecta. Too many %health damage in this game. Every good champ have %health damage and they can itemize with % health damage items.
