I'm getting pretty tired of being held hostage in pbe games.

There's been an afk in practically every one of my games since Friday and people in these games are adamant about not surrendering for any reason. We literally had nexus towers go down at 16 minutes, 1 afk and 1 guy dying every 2 minutes on the mark but all 3 refused to surrender and the enemy team decided to back so they could play around longer. That was the worst of them but I'm seeing similarly bleak games over and over because of afks followed by trolls who "have nothing better to do but keep playing." Can we please get a call button for a staff member to see what's going on (this option was available for a game I played years back so I know it's feasible) or the ability to surrender more easily if there is an afk? If half of 4 players don't want to 4v5 then they shouldn't be forced to.
