Will Grievous Wounds Ever See Their Way Back Into AD Items?

After the discontinuation of the Executioner's Calling (god awful item it was), I can't help but wonder: Will we see another item to replace it? In the current meta, tanks are VERY strong, with the changes to Cinderhulk and the new Cleaver. Health regen and self-healing play a large part in their domination. Tanks like Garen and Mundo and Junglers such as Maokai see very unique benefits from self-healing and passive health regen. Mages have a way to cut them down for a cost, but ADC's and even bruisers or other carry-style jungles such as Noc and Yi find themselves mostly incapable of doing any serious work with these colossal healing factors. Miss Fortune and several others have Grievous Wounds built in, but other than that, we (as a marksman main) have no hopes of cutting these guys down sometimes. That wouldn't be a problem except that Garen and many other tanks have exceptionally high base damage that almost requires no extra items to complement it. So, I leave it open. Do you think we'll see another AD item with grievous wounds enter the Fields of Justice, or will Grievous Wounds potentially become a thing of the past? Many champions have already lost their passive Grievous Wounds.
