custom game

hey so i was going to 1v 1 vs a friend in urf ( howlingabyss ) and when the champselect ended the game didnt start and i tried to quit and at the end i had a blackscreen so did my friend.... and now we r both stuck and its says " you have left a game in progress. Please reconnect to the game. I click on the reconnect button several times but nothing happens.. PLs help :) ty guys
