Malz Q nerf is unecessary , just nerf his ult CDR

i dont know why they are nerfing his Q dmg , even the ult dmg previous nerf wasnt necessary imo overall malz damage is not the problem (UNDERSTAND THIS RITO) , other midlaners ex : Syn , Ori , Ziggs ect deal more dmg and its AOE unlike malz who deals less + most of it is single trageted the problem with malz is his Ult wich is one of the strongest ults in game its game changing and play maker nerf it with high cdr , like 150 secs or 180 so it decreases the danger of malz and then he has to use it carefully and he will get punished when wasting it
