I'm also eagerly awaiting his rework. Though to be fair, they did schedule the only other candidate that needs one more.. Yorick .

I think new skins will be made for him after his eventual rework. 2017, probably.

Doesn't it make you sad knowing that you're going to be too old to enjoy league one day? You'll be on there going "wtf omfg noobs stop trolling" and some kid will be like "what's trolling? I'm scybenrning this is how you use these" throws a bomb on the ground as a new ziggs teemo combo champ and blows up the map like a call of duty nuke "see old timer? That's how you use waffle"

later they're like yay! Urgot got his skin updated. Now he looks like the bad guy from that will smith movie wild wild west.

That honestly doesn't matter so much to me. It is Riot's game and they can take it any direction they want. I will keep playing until I no longer enjoy it. I played WoW for almost 9 years (vanilla to start of mop) before I quit because I was no longer enjoying it. It didn't make me sad though, cause I enjoyed the time that I did play it.

I have played pokemon since red and blue, and honestly, I still love those games and play them frequently . Age means little, all that matters is if I still enjoy it or not.

I quit playing Pokemon when I realized how impossible catching all of them was. I bought 2 of every trio set that came out for the gameboys up until the ds came out. I hated the idea of dual screen and still do. Eventually I bought one to try out black and I was impressed until I learned that you had to buy buy all the previous ds games cause you couldn't transfer them with a 3ds and so on and so forth. Then x and y were the last straw for me. Pokebank? Really? The one for the game cube was bad enough but now this? Nah. Better not. I don't live in Japan or near a city so I can't get exclusives or take part in the Pokemon festivals. So I quit. Plus... Some of the newer ones are offensive and poorly thought out. Hopefully league never gets to that point. Digimon was disappointing after the first game and the second adventure series. Wtf were they thinking. Great idea. Poor story writers.

The pokebank feature was really only for those who had been playing the games for a long while and were already transfering their pokemon game to game anyway. All it was was extra storage space and convenience.

For catching all of the pokemom, the only game where I did not successfully accomplish catching them was generation three, and that was because I couldn't trade pokemon up from gen 1 / 2 to 3.

Exclusives have been done by a combination of the mystery gift feature (added in gen 3 IIRC) and promotions from stores like gamestop. They kind of realized having to go to New York or something was impossible for most people and changed that a LONG time ago.

My experience was probably very different than yours though. I grew up with an older bother who played gens 1 akd 2 with me which made things easierm i also traveled a lot as a kid due to my brotber playing travel hockey, so I met all sorts of kids who I could trade with when I was bored at an ice rink.

When the DS came out, it simplifies quite a few things as far as the menus went, and they also made the global trade station which meant I never needed to have more than 1 copy of the game again since I could just look for what I needed on there and trade.

The games do have their issues, but for the most part Nintendo has tried to solve them while expanding on its main features. Kids like the games cause pokemon. And I like them still due to the amount of strategy and planning involved when playing against people my own age.

I started on Pokemon red and blue for the old clunky grey gameboy with pink buttons. It was disappointing to find out that mew could only be earned on the Japanese version. I'm one of those people who likes to do everything themself. Anyway. Yeah I'm hoping the urgot rework whatever it may be is new and interesting. Shen was a letdown. I actually just found out about ashes and omfg I fell in love.

Ya, Mew and then Celebi in gens 1 and 2 were let downs. I never really counted them towards the "catch them all" thing because of how impossibly hard they were to actually get.

I think the new Shen is a fun, and while the sustain will be missed, they emphasized him being a team player super tank which I think fits him well.

Ashe is one of the reworks I actually feel a bit meh about, though that has to do more with me not liking the character as much as others more than anything.

Hope the Urgot rework pulls through, he really is one of my most favorite off meta picks.

The reason why I like Ashe is her q is better and her gold passive is gone which was pretty much worthless after adding the income items. Everyone knows 1 gold does not equal 1 damage. I just hope when it comes time for karthus.... If it ever comes time for him to get a new kit... They don't change his R or his Defile. I honestly would stop playing the day that happens

Lazypeon1001 votes

I doubt Karthus will be changed any time soon. He is very distinct in his role. He also brings clear reasons to want him on your team.

Also, new Ashe is certainly better than the old ashe. I've just never really enjoyed her kit so much. shrug

I like shooting that giant arrow across the map to get assists or kills. If I could afford ezreal I'd get him cause his passes through enemies which is exciting. I just wish he had something different in his kit besides skill shots
