Hi, have u ever tried tank veigar, u can't deal damage to him cause he got 200 mr lvl 9 and he will oneshot u cause of ult and passive. Well riot i think u failed once again and i hope u will nerf him in someways cause like ekko tank was not planned i think that a mage like veigar can't build tanky and still be able to oneshot u.

he just doesn't have the base stats in armor/health/mr to make it work, coupled with longer cdrs making him dependent on cdr as well.
you need a full 6 item dedicated counterbuild for it to even be a thought, and when behind (which you will be most of the time) you still find yourself a stun bot over reliant on your team.
