Zac's current state

Zac has not seen much play in my experience ever since Zac had his ult reverted back to the old ult instead of the reworked ult. He is not as much fun to my friends and I, and we keep asking if this is across the board or just us. His current ult is bad and inefficient compared to the reworked ult.
