Will Riot ever stop treating Ryze as frankensteins monster?

So u gotta wonder why oh why does Riot keep changing this champ. They rework him again and again then change him again and again yet they are never remotely satisfied with the champ. They pick him apart dig up old bones and try to fit them to him in hopes that he will eventually behave and work as intended. The recent changes from what i hear from Ryze players (yes they exist) is that he is now a boring bursty champion. He isnt bad by any chance but the way u expressed yourself with the champ in the past felt better than current. All because Riot decided that they cant go a single year without tearing him limb for limb and see where the fault his eventhough they did promise that they wouldnt touch champions like him because they realised how much hassle it is.

So when will it stop? Will they eventually delete the champ from existence and make some statue in summoners rift. Or will they keep treating him like their little frankenstein monster that keeps needing fixes until the champ look like some zombified mutilated being that nobody can actually put their finger on what is. The community will start to call him IT cause nobody knows what IT is and what IT does cause he keeps evolving. Maybe Riot does it because they want Ryze to be the symbol of jungle or symbol of their game. Things that always changes (at times because they dont know how to fix IT ).
