i dont understand why is it so hard to tell us that the skin will be out on a specific date, then i would knew at least but now i have to check everyday like a retard to see if it is out! jeasus crist is it so hard to think that they make people go away from this game if they act like that?

They don't want to give a specific date because then people like you would bitch and moan when they don't release it on that time. Then you got people who still don't understand about Time Zone and would complain when their time was the date of release when Riot has always done it during PST!
I mean it's not that difficult to just check surrender at 20, or log in real quick!
