My dearest Riot Games, Ok, wtf happens when I report? What decides if that person got penalized or not? Is there like a filter or?? I keep reporting these peeps and, I know this sounds crazy but, NOTHING HAPPENS TO THEM. I'm just saying. Enlighten me what the process is and if I should bother reporting people. Do you read the actual reports or is it robo-rito? Truly Yours
reports go through, they just dont notify you anymore if someone has been dealt with
the report will trigger the automatic system which will check the chat log of the reported player.
if the player flamed, he will get flagged.
now if that player continues to flame and get reported, he will sooner of later get punished.
however, you only get a message if your report was the one who triggered the punishment.
but if you reported a flaming player, he will get fucked sooner of later, even if your report was only assisting and you don't get a message.
It takes a few reports to get someone a penalty and even then it isn't always a ban right away. I would suggest not being spiteful and trying to keep tabs on people you report.
