Two-Shiv Poison - (Shaco E)

Shaco is not the best in this meta, and while he is a respected split push champion and assassin, his E always feels lackluster, except in the aspect of damage. I'm not saying to make it into a skillshot, or to completely rework Shaco, but his E needs some help. Here is my suggestion/proposition:

Shaco It is called "Two-Shiv Poison" so instead of just having one shiv to launch, Shaco should have two. He should have a charge system, like Corki's R. It should store up to two charges (fitting the name "Two-Shiv Poison" much better) and it should deal 4/7 of the base damage it dealt before with the same decrease applying to the ratio in scaling. Mana cost reduced respectively. Cooldown on the ability would have to go up as well, maybe 1 second between each cast (down to .55 second with cdr) and a charge rate of 10 seconds (down to 5.5 with cdr)

This can retain Shaco's ability to pick out lone targets, by throwing both of his shivs at his target he can apply double the slow, allowing him to more easily make up for the longer cooldown. It will also fit the name better, being "Two-Shiv Poison" This will also increase Shaco's teamplay ability. When ganking bot, shake usually goes straight to adc to kill them first, and by being a low CC champion, Shaco and his team might not get the support. By having two shivs on his e, Shaco is rewarded more for applying slows and banking in general. In ganking mid/top lane Shaco would not just try for a flash or heal, instead he could actually participate in the fighting by having a greater accessibility to his slow, the only CC mechanic other than his boxes. Later in the game, Shaco will tend not to fall off as much I believe if he has more than 1 shiv to throw. Shack's team fight ability relies on jumping in to the backline and ruining their day, which is no fun for the enemy and when the game is 35-40 minutes everybody is usually at full build, meaning there is no counterplea unless somebody gives up an item slot in order to buy pink wards. By adding another shiv, shaco can slow more than one person and be focused on the actual fight when it happens, while floating around the backline is still viable, having charges on his E will definitely give him some more room in any team comp and allow for more o%%%%erplay by his opponents. If he casts both e's the enemy knows that he will most likely not be going to one-shot the adc, on the other hand, if they see him carrying them, they know to group harder and peel for their carry.

the problem with shaco i think is that his build path is not as good as it used to be and his items cost way too much

Which is why having more damage on his E (double cast same target) would improve the effectiveness of early/late AD and keep him in the game while giving him options.

Hello, i just read the comment you left in my recent post. I do agree with you, the idea of charging could work very well

Man I think about this all the time..,, there's so much they could do with his e.

They could give it the ability to crit or apply on hit effects, they could give it a charge system like this and maybe if cast on the same target twice, the second cast will not do damage but stun the target, the e could apply a mark that makes the next basic attack deal %hp damage or something.....

However what I personally would LOVE to see, would be a mechanic like TF's pick a card where his e would have different effects (different poisons if you will) for example maybe one could induce a bleed effect and one would slow or do %missing hp or give you a speed boost. This would make you think ahead as to what poison would be most effective for each situation.
