45% CDR Fizz Jungle Theorycraft

I'm a bit of a Fizz enthusiast and I enjoy playing him most in the jungle. After the season release, I believe there's quite a few obstacles and balancing-issues to overcome. But for now, I believe I'm on to what might be the best options for him in the current state of the game. I'd like other's opinions after just thinking about what I've come with or after you've play-tested it yourself.
12-18-0 Masteries with Thunderlord's Decree as your keystone mastery.
- Attack speed marks
- Armor seals
- Cooldown reduction glyphs
- 2 AP Quints + Cooldown quint
- You get 10% cooldown reduction from runes and 5% cooldown reduction from masteries.
- With the runes + masteries, you start with 15% cooldown reduction.
Build Path: Runeglaive -> Lvl. 1 Boots -> Morello (So many AD champs right now + helps with mana regen) -> Sorc Boots -> Zhonya This is your core build. From here, if you desperately need the MR, pick up an Abyssal Scepter and finish your build with a Void Staff. If you can sacrifice the MR, replace the Abyssal Scepter with a Void Staff and then complete your build with a Deathcap. You want magic pen. in your build a bit earlier because you're not running it as far as runes/masteries go.
By the time you finish your Morello you've accomplished 45% CDR. Your Lvl. 3 ult is on a 38.5 second cooldown and your E is, I believe, at 4.4 seconds. W and Q are also very low.
I'd like to mention that a good leash is mandatory on Fizz Jungle now... My team had a fight in bottom lane resulting in no leash at all and I died to blue buff. If your support is running relic shield, request that he tank the first 2-3 hits and remind that person that they will heal the damage from the charges on their support item. Never be afraid to ask someone to tank the first hit regardless of what items they started with. He's very fragile on his first clear but after that it gets easier, especially when you finish your Hunter's Potion.
