in my opinion needs a buff. I say this because compared to other adc like

. doesn't stand a chance. If you compare Q to R which is like every 1 minute Q can do more damage in 3 shots and it refreshes in 10 seconds I think. This is why I think Ashe should need a buff. In my opinion nobody plays Ashe after levels 1-10 since they get wrecked with other champions such as , ,
and other marksman. Hope you take my suggestion into mind.
Ashe is actually really strong lol. You're comparing a Q which is solely damage and relies on charging on the ability and has a maximum range to an Ultimate which is aoe damage, CC, can be fired globally and has no cast time, let alone a charge to ramp it up to full power.
What if champs aflicted by the Frost debuff have their dash distance halfed? That would be a good Buff for Ashe.
Ashe is sitting at a 50% win rate if I recall correctly, making her one of the most statistically balanced champions in League.
