So Rumble Has Been Pick/Ban In Pro Play For As Long As I Can Remember...

Which to be fair is only since Season 5, but that's still a good amount of time...

My biggest questions are:

  1. Why does he not receive more skins? If from what I hear on the boards is right and Riot just wants the money, then why don't they give a champ that's so popular in pro play a few more skins? Plus, he already has a fairly high play rate, so it would make them LOADS of money.

  2. If what I've learned from the boards is correct, any champ that's been Pick/Ban in Pro Play for a long time is blatantly op, right? So then why does he have either 50 or 49% win rate on every stat website?

  3. If what I've learned from the boards is correct, any champ that's popular in Pro Play is bound to get gutted... but Rumble has received about three or four changes since season five. So why does he not get changed more?

  4. If what I've learned from the boards is correct, any champ that's popular in Pro Play is also there for Riot to make money... so I guess this goes back to my first point, why does Riot not capitalize off his popularity and make skins for him?

  5. If what I've learned from the boards hate for Lee Sin, any champ that's been at a 50% win rate this long is a champ that Rio refuses to nerf, because they love that champ too much. So where did Riot say this about Rumble?

rumble is a good strong laner who can 1 vs 2 if need be... dont have mana cost... can be fairly tanky with ap items and does massive aoe damage and his ult is game changing but hard to pull off correctly.

i mean he was legit trash tier early season 6 and wasn't even that strong the later half of that season, only coming in during the end of it and still not being meta defining, even now he isn't the strongest champ in top lane and doesn't actually push any other champs out of viability in that role
