Soraka alternatives for escaping Bronze II (You need to master another champ besides Soraka dilemma)

I recently have reached Bronze 1 qualifiers TWICE. Tonight will be my third attempt at qualifiers best 2/3 for Bronze 1. I ONLY play Soraka. Yes, I know I need to master another support but that is easier said than done when I've been healing/carrying scrubs since WoW arena season 2.

Soraka only got banned on my qualifier games, but EVERY qualifier. SO I tried Illaoi, & Taric with no success. I have a feeling I am being paired with people who perma-ban Soraka only when I need 2/3 for a promotion!!

Which toon should be my go-to everytime someone ruins my life and bans soraka?

Challenger Tier popularity points to Janna?
Taric & Karma seem nerfed
Lux support can't hurt a fly lol
Every scrub adc in bronze 2 plays Jhin atm, who would be best with him? Tahm Kench, Bard, Blitz, Alistar, Taric?

If you only play Soraka, then the next closest thing to your play style would be Nami.

Team comp and other factors aside (since you have obviously only played Soraka regardless), I would recommend you use Nami since there would be less adjustment and playing a tanky sup is very different from a poke/heal sup.

i'm a gold 3 support main so i might now as little as you but i like Morgana support

1 black shield is a life saver 2 she has the longest 2 stuns in the game 3 her sustain with tormented soil is aok 4 get a item 3092 and item 3116 for utility and slows all day long 5 you can build pretty good damage if you're team needs it but can also go more tanky if you're in need of it and still can cc the hell out of everyone

my typical build would be somthing like this

item 1331 item 3092 item 2045 item 3116 2 last items are situational item 3135 and item 3089 or item 3157 if you need damage item 3512 and item 3060 if i need tanky a bit and splitpushing power

there are ofc many other items you can use and combo's and even the 4 core items arn't set in stone

just don't underestimate a zz rot you can plant one bot then go top to keep the enemy occupied and the enemy tower bot will fall so fast especially if someone else in you're team got one and in bronze and silver people just can't seem to be botherd to destroy a zz rot portal sometimes and a last tip of advice take a supp you can play well and suits you're whole team not just you're adc because the laning phase isn't all of the game if you're team hasn't got a tank go tank supp if they lack ap go ap support

Jokes aside, I've started searching for other options as well since Soraka was a popular ban a little while ago, and at times your team might need a tank.

Personally I fell in love with Thresh, Nautilus and Braum, but it's all about finding one you're comfortable with. Don't worry too much about the meta and play something you're good at/find fun to play.

Quite Ironically the best support for Jhin iseems to be Soraka ...

But I also like Taric with him, he can savely run into enemy range and reliably CC them for Jhin's skillshots.

If you want someone that can do simmilar to Soraka aka not letting teammates die, then Janna is a good pick, but also Windspeaker Alistar with this build: item 3401 item 2045 item 1307 item 3222 item 3190

Just play other caster supports. So Nami, Janna, and/or Sona.
