Morgana Just Needs Some Love
The Fallen Angel has reemerged as a staple support in the meta due to her devastating CC (3 second stuns!!!) and her unrivaled utility with her spell shield.
My issues lie with her passive and ult... I think both of them, _especially _ her passive, are somewhat boring and don't do much in terms of feeling like you're doing something in trades and teamfights.
Spell vamp has been eradicated from all items, so why does her passive still have it? Ahri's passive (although not Spell Vamp) at least gives noticeable sustain in lane and can, in some instances, save your life.
As for her ult, flashing onto their backline, hitting R and Zhonya's isn't very mechanically interesting either.
I feel like Morgana needs a little bit of love to make her passive and ult more interactive and help her kit feel better overall. She's not a boring champ by any means, her Qs are unbelievably satisfying when you land them, and it's a total rush when you save your ADC from that Thresh hook, but she could be even better in terms of overall health as a support. I think maybe a small Shyvana or Alistar-esque update is in order for her.
(Also, her visuals and lines are a bit dated, but that can wait.)
