Actually does more damage than lb with tank items only, absolutely disgusting champ and the posterchild for why tanks need to be kept unviable.

  1. Incorrect.
  2. Poppy was an assassin before the rework, and they've been making changes to reduce her defenses and up her damage. So yeah, they're pushing her more towards fighter instead of tank.
