so i was playing teemo today, i bought no item that could heal my hp but yet when i was out of combat i start healing as if i had a warmogs. we have no ocean drag also and the heal was like a constant regen. i am not sure if this is intended thi sis the game: http://matchhistory.oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/OC1/135508548/200601611?tab=overview

two things it could have been... First thing is red buff now give you a warmogs like passive. when out of combat with enemy champs you gain massive health regen. The second thing is when out of combat again i have noticed it shows your health regen. for example, it doesnt increase but i notice it by giving me a green number 4 ever second or so letting me know i am healing.
