Please do NOT make abilities "cast at max range"

Pretty simple, per title regarding changes to a lot of champion abilities on the PBE.

These ground-targeted AoE abilities (ex: Miss Fortune's E - Make It Rain, or Singed's W - Mega Adhesive; there are others in the proposed change list, although oddly it's not all ground-targeted AoE abilities) currently cast at your cursor location, and if out of range, your character moves exactly to the maximum range needed to cast at the cursor location.

The proposed change will cast the ability at its maximum range in the direction of your cursor if your cursor is beyond the ability's maximum range, not at your actual cursor location. I've played other top-down/third person games where this type of change has been made, and it feels awful especially when you're used to it working in the current manner. Casting an ability at a location other than your cursor is also highly counterintuitive and just feels wrong.

Please don't make this change ...it's unnecessary and does not feel correct at all.

Is this a proposed change on the PBE or something? If so it should be a toggle.

Or maybe enable us to choose what we prefer. I highly prefer the cast at max range option and get highly annoyed when my champs moves instead of us it

I Agree.

I hate that Pantheon Ult does not Move me into Range and just cast at max range. Its so stupid.

I click on the Map (main or mini) and I want him to Ult RIGHT THERE. Not half way back in lane.

There's already a few abilities that work like this and they're fine. Like they said in their post, you'll get used to it. This prevents those situations where you want to just cast it at max range but clicked too far and end up walking forward to cast.

There's an argument for both sides, which is why this is in testing now.

Won't this ruin the ability to buffer an ability with flash? I.e. I target an area with Veigar E for example, and normally could set the area then flash into range and instantly cast it.
