There should be a setting for turning off in-game chat(completely)

As a League of Legends player since around the end of season 3, I've loved and learned the game for a few years now. But recently I've noticed a lot of toxicity in the League community recently(usually from younger players) and it really get annoyed to be honest. I would like to propose a setting to turn off in-game chat completely. As you all know there is already a "/mute all" command. But for me this is not good enough, I would prefer to be able to turn off chat completely also so I couldn't be distracted while playing by the constant scrolling text of kill streaks, team chat, and server messages.

 Although League is a team game I believe for people(like me) the game would be much more enjoyable with an option to play without chat. While still keeping the ping system and having voice coms you could still freely communicate with your team without chat.
