Champions Who Actually Need Reworks

Riot, why are you changing champions like Shyvana and Alistar, to make them a little more balanced and better? Why not change champions that aren't even played because they suck?

Here's a list of who need's reworks, reasons below it;

Whenever I play him, when I attack someone I always end up doing more dmg to myself than to the enemy. Health costs are pretty high :l Also, abilities aren't that cool, need changes He doesn't have consistent damage, it's pretty hard to hit someone with the stars, the main source of damage. Often I find the enemy just stands in front/behind them. (the stars) She's just weak unless you go full ap, she needs dmg buffs His kit is just hard to work with unless you have ulti up Riot is working on him/it already Riot is working on her already He basically has one attack, his clears are slow, (by this I mean you have to wait for a camp to be ready to be farmed, so for periods of time you will be behind in levels), and he does no damage. Best as a support currently, and his ult is weak af. Needs dmg buffs, also, more interaction with Wolf and Lamb in the same ability. Q=Lamb, W=Wolf, E=Wolf, R=Lamb. Should be Lamb and Wolf in the same ability. Actually a fine champion, just community isn't playing her. Find out why. No one plays him ;-;
