Dodging for obvious bots

So...I understand that Riot is working through the Bot issue. While they do this, it would be outstanding if they could give everyone a free dodge between matches--i.e. without penalty--so we dont have to wait 5 minutes because some other player is obviously a bot. I am begging for a bone here, as I wait on a 5 minute penalty because we had a bot (you know, no response, pics a free champ, using ghost and heal.....).
