Yeah, Most people in NA are asleep right now cause it's 8:35 AM and from my experience i've found they update around 12pm -> 1 pm so yeah you're not gunna miss much :)

I'm guessing here but...

The Battle Academia event starts tomorrow at 11:00 AM Pacific time (18:00 UK Time, 19:00 EU Time) so it makes sense she is released then.

I'm gonna perm ban her anyway especially in ranked.

Bot lane is a 2v2 lane, I expect my supports to interact within the lane, not attach to me and do nothing but use that pathetic heal on me.

its pretty upsetting you call it a pathetic heal even though it scales on missing hp up to 300% (read in wiki) and it speeds you up like the heal summoner spell. i say thats pretty good.

Yuumi needs to unattach to get the shield, regenerate mana, and create pressure with auto attacks. Only bad Yuumi players will do nothing but attach and hold E.

She has extremely weak stats. If you think the enemy will allow that you are daft. And her heals are only decent if the ally is damaged. And other supports heal more better while not having that nonsense.

I quite agree. I saw a lot of streams and I concur that selecting Yuumi is pretty much handing over all lane priority to your enemy. You can do NOTHING once your ADC is down since you have no cc. A single skllshot slow with horrid cooldown. You cannot even hold the lane and waveclear. This is just insanity incarnate from Riot's design vaults.

Sona or Rakan does way better function wise. And her ratios and stats and utility are hell awful. I mean if you are going to design a champion to make your adc 1v2 and be buff as fk, they should have made it that way and that sort of champion already exists as Lulu.

Yuumi's heal also requires her target to be at 20% hp before it's at it's maximum effect.

If an ADC is sitting at 20% they're more a less dead.

Yuumi is like Sona where her heal is pathetic without some heal/shield power items.

They usually release stuff at 10 or 11 Rito time. That being said, she has one of the Battle Academia skins which release tomorrow so unfortunately there's a nonzero chance she gets held until then.

I love how everyone says tomorrow, but the Patch notes for the patch are already out. I thought those were only released after the patch was launched. If not then consider it something new learned.

Not all of the content stated in the patch notes comes out immediately when it drops. Some things, like skins, tend to come out a day or so later. Yuumi's release will most likely be tied in with the release of the BA skins, as her release skin is one of them.
