ADC MECHANICS (Attack move bound to left click but not functioning)

I found a reddit video that shows me how to bind attack move to my left click, and it worked perfectly, however now when i attack move I cant move my champion until the target he is attacking is dead.... So basically if I attack move on an enemy champion, i stay stationary until the champion is dead. So kiting does not work well for me unless I use right click (clicking the champion, then the spot i want to move in, and repeating) I can't move unless I right click and using right click means I wont attack move anymore just move in general. How can I fix this? Do I have to go back into my persistent settings again and fix something or am I missing something??

That's just how attack-move works. If there is any enemy unit within your attack range, you'll attack it instead of moving. If there is nothing in range, you'll move as normal until you get close enough to a target.

Kalista is the only champion in the game that can kite using solely the attack-move function. All other champions must move using other commands between attacks, and must either attack-move again or directly click the target in order to resume attacking.
