From what I understand, MMR resets so it's always like this.
Once everyone's MMR gets sorted out it should be better
Worry about silvers on ur team when you have to lane against diamond players because you just barely made it to Plat last season and the guy who is d1 just dicks on you in lane because there is a huge skill gap between plat5 (glorified gold1) and diamond 1 (poor man's master tier).
